| 7% State of Montana lodging tax is charged on the rent. A $500 deposit secures your booking, consisting of a $300 security deposit and a $200 down payment on the rent. We refund the security deposit during the week after your stay minus the cleaning fee (usually $85) if there are no damages to address. Rent and tax aren't due until one month prior to stay. |
